Would you like to be part of a group course covering all aspects of menopause and how to charter your way through successfully?
Creating a tribe of supportive ladies can offer additional wellness benefits, forge new friendships and help you realise you are so not alone!
The course can be bespoke to your work place or friend group.
It typically runs over 6 weeks for 2 hour sessions.
Navigating you through understanding your type of menopause and the elements that you have the ability to control and change.
It’s interactive, making the sessions fun and providing you with material to measure your starting point as well as helping you at home. Helping you to celebrate any small or big changes we gain over the course period.
We address current hormone levels, working with your GP for a better clinical outcome, addressing the issues impacting your sleep, assessing gut health, protein and general diet, tackling pelvic floor challenges and other genitourinary conditions, bedroom conversations!, understanding exercise and the various categories that are essential for supporting your body as it changes throughout peri to post menopause to ensure your body and brain are now receiving the best possible care, re balancing your nervous system and general wellbeing so you feel like you again.
Based on a minimum group size of 8 - £300 per person
