When we have something major like this happening in our lives, it’s easy to bury it away until you have to face it. It can be overwhelming.


Unfortunately, the outcome of that is you’re suddenly faced with it in no uncertain terms when your body and brain need rest the more than anything, in order to recuperate and repair.


Planning for surgery, any type of surgery but in particular gynae will have such a positive outcome on how well you recover long term and how quickly you’ll be able to get up and running again post-surgery, whilst limiting complications.
